Other kinds of learning
Sewing has become a totally enriching experience. I love it, and when the stars (time, creative energy, and inspiration) align, I stretch myself and pick a project that is challenging.

Daily Biological Rhythms affect Teaching and Learning
One of the circadian rhythms regulates our ability to focus on incoming information with intent to learn. It can be referred to as he psychological-cognitive cycle. This cycle shows a low point in our ability to learn, right around lunch. There are implications in education such as are the school schedules such that we are teaching children during time when they best learn?
