Meeting the author

Changing Hands bookstore hosted Brandon Mull today.

I love taking the girls to see an author in real life, and have their books signed.

Brandon was extremely kind with his time and was very interested in what his readers do for fun. Saw lots youngsters there today.

Other kinds of learning

Sewing has become a totally enriching experience. I love it, and when the stars (time, creative energy, and inspiration) align, I stretch myself and pick a project that is challenging.

One of the circadian rhythms regulates our ability to focus on incoming information with intent to learn. It can be referred to as he psychological-cognitive cycle.
